Ted Gannett is a member of Forsythia Foundation’s board of directors. He has four years of experience working as an undergraduate researcher in two chemistry labs on the University of Chicago campus. He spent three years with the Weizmann Group, which focuses on DNA nanostructures and DNA origami research. Ted contributed as a listed author to research on DNA nanostructures that has been published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society.
After that, Ted worked for one year on an ethylene polymerization catalyst at the Jordan Group, an inorganic lab focused on designing specialized organometallic catalysts.
Ted received his BS in chemistry and his BA in statistics from the University of Chicago in June 2015. He is currently based in Chicago.
